Honestly, I think arranged marriages are better. When you have family who cares about you making the effort to find the right person (and the right family), everyone is supporting you. When there are problems, the families work them out. You are not on your own. You really do learn to love (later). I never had a conversation with my husband before I married him (I know this is hard to believe), but I learned to love him. This is hard for Americans to understand, but it is true.
